WP8: Project Management

Lead organization: IUG Workpackage Type: Management Start date: 15/10/2016 End date: 14/10/2019

The objective of this work package is to ensure that the project meets its objectives within budget and scheduled timescales. Tasks will include monitoring project progress, tracking deliverables and reporting back to the consortium. The ROMOR Management Committee will be established on the kick-off meeting. IUG will be a coordinator of the Committee, and in case of boarder closure BZU will coordinate the management activities. The project coordinator will be responsible for management and progress reports, annual reports, costs statements, and final project report.
